BenBanjo87 Sam may be the kindest character and it is a shame they gave her that exit in series 7 dying of cancer, but I would not say she was the prettiest. I think what happened was that Sambuca's mother Rose must have smoked during the time Sambuca was growing inside her. This is one of the harmful thing which can happen to a child if a mother smokes through pregnancy. It can make the child more prone to cancer. Women who smoke during pregnancy should be shot

Yes Ty Marshal I did too. If I was in Lauren's class in Waterloo Road and saw Lauren looking unhappy due to the thing on her back. I would have said to her "Cheer up Lauren. Whatever you have got on your back does not alter the fact that you've got a pretty face."

I personally found it bizarre how Tom got the guardian custody to look after Mika & Chlo over their biological father, Jimmy when Izzy was killed. They were only engaged when she died, so technically Tom wasn't their stepdad legally and although Jimmy and the girls weren't on talking terms, he still would of had more parental/guardian rights. I'm surprised it wasn't addressed. Also kind of weird how Mika, Chlo, or Donte aren't seen after they leave. You would of thought they would of done an odd episode where at least one or two of them would of been seen, or at least mentioned in passing conversation in regards of visiting back during breaks, etc. where they could of met Josh. I could point out another major storyline flaw in S8 involving Donte, Chlo, Mika, and Josh but i won't spoil it if people haven't fully watched all the series'. If you know what i mean, you'll already know what I'm talking about...

if grantly spoke to me as a student like he has done to most id break his nose. people like that need to be put in their place, same goes for ruby, kim, and steph. just because you're older does not mean you know better. find it a bit hard to watch sometimes as its highly triggering. I don't care about any of the kids problems, its the teachers.

Everyone, especially the boys, was so horrible to Lauren!

Al-zein Kusmantoro I think you have made a good point there. I am a boy who is autistic with a speech impediment. In my time up until I was the age of 29 I have had the piss taken out of me because of my speech and bullied because of the fact that I speak slow which is not something I cannot help. What I have found is that it was always seemed to be boys who do it and not girls that have been mimicking my speech. So when any boy is horrible to someone with a speech impediment they are being stupid by giving boys between 10 and 17 a bad name. It is like young people who used to smoke because they think it made themselves look good when all the time they are damaging their health. Do you anderstand what I am getting at?

At the point 9:52 Lauren is wrong. It is everything to do with Christopher Mead what goes on in his class. Mr. Mead is the deputy head and he has a job to do. Lauren should really be grateful Christopher Mead did not make her and Josh sit apart in the room.
