Thank you. I have been searching for instruction for a couple of years and cannot find anyone. I took one lesson for a watercolor instruction in Scottsdale and it was great, but I have to tell you I have learned more from this video then I’ve learned the last couple of years by trial and error. I am new to watercolor and have really enjoyed your videos! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and talent with us. It took me awhile to find a method I was comfortable with. I have a question: Did you paint this from an image, or just off the top of your head, so to speak?
I LOVE painting apples, still lives (lifes?). My pears resemble yellow & zucchini squashes! This was a terrific video, vibrant, crisp. Why the up and down linear strokes? Does it aid texture? 🍎Simple says you.🍏I think this is where really good paper and paints come in for this beginner. I can't even order Arches on line much less my local Michael's. Dang corona 😷virus. My paints🎨are student grade. Wonder if I could buy a handful of good tubes to add to them. Any suggestions?
What are those white spots on your paper, or your apple? Where are they coming from?

I feel like you are not telling us something. There are little white spots all over the place. What is causing them? I guess I'll look elsewhere.
