Thanks Dr sb well done . Very informative video . I am ur patient in my last visit u wrote my creatinine levels are 1.3 1.4 and 1.5 according to my reports which I presented to u . This creatinine is in my blood since 1996 . My sodium is usually 132 some time 134 potassium is always lower than 5 . Can I drink 8 glass of water as my sodium I low . And no 2 question can I have 2 or three mangos In a week. PL do let me know. My GFR is 46

My father has 117 gm prostate and 4.7 Cret and 12 e gfr the urologist has advised TURP.. Being a nephrologist what is your opinion about this? But he is not on dialysis.. physical he is normal with no kidneys symptoms.

Assalam o alaikum dr sahib i am 54 years old my creatinine lavel is 1.6 and when ever i take any thing sweet cake or cold drink my urine become frothy. If i take red meat my urine remains clear but my nephralogist does not agree with me . Currently i am taking zyloric 100 BD keto alpha BD Herbesser 60 OD. My uric acid is 6.3 . What do you suggest for me .
