Technically possible but it would be used and have old parts

Stop using those crappy mandrels. They never bend the tubes correctly because they usually overshoot the degree you're looking for. I can also get a way tighter bend when using the corner of a table. See the system in my picture? I only used a table to bend those tubes. I have those same thermaltake mandrels that I used once.. and my system looked like crap due to the tubes having uneven bends, they also were not parallel with one another.
