Big tip that pretty much kills the fraying problem after your final cut. Gorilla Super Glue - with the brush. Have the super glue unscrewed and ready to grab before you make your final cut. Once that cut is done, simply brush the end lightly with the super glue and wait a few min. Fraying conquered.

I used heat shrink wrap on a friends build where he did thi. worked wonders.

I was already planning on doing this thanks to LiquidHaus’s posts. Glad to see this tutorial - looks easier to do than I was expecting. I’m ready to caterpillar it up!

You are suppose to use a lighter and melt the plastic to keep it from fraying. I can’t imagine trying to do this without melting the ends

Tried to do this with mdpc big and zmt 15,9mm. Impossible with ek quantum fittings.

Hi guys, not sure how to contact you other then here, but major pain in the butt for me, is to actually screw the collar onto the fitting. I am using EK ZPM tube and EK 10/16 fittings and it's really hard to screw it :( in both this or liquidhaus sleeved video, this part is not shown. Is there any way how to make it easy(ier?) thanks!

Has anyone found tubing that fits this with 10/13?

Well if you can do that why not make it in a larger sizes to cover the PSU cables too?

How do you attach the fitting to the sleeving on the 2nd end of the tubing run? If you did it the same way as shown in the video, you'd be left with two ends with the g1/4 threads. My experience was that you then can't screw both ends in. I build my loop by screwing in the more difficult end of the run, then slipping the tubing over the other fitting which is pre installed into the other end, but it'd be almost impossible to keep the sleeving straight in that method.

It is the same for both ends and you can see from the images that it is possible, we didn't appear to have issues doing it this way. Ping @LiquidHaus though he would definitely be down to help!
