The fact that we've managed to pester this man enough to actually release his old Immemorial stuff and more is amazing. 😂

Sound clips sounded absolutely insane. I thought that after all the hyping up the album would end up as a slight dissapointment but HOLY SHIT i was wrong. And 5 hour of unreleased material? Totally unexpected and imo it makes the 50€ a great deal for such a package. btw nice to see u back :D

He doesnt say India tho, he just pronounces the e in indie sperately like Finnish do in their language, which makes it sounds similar to India.

I told myself I wouldn't listen to any of the new teasers until the full album was released, but when this video came out I couldn't resist. Old Immemorial and Ensiferum-era tracks... early Wintersun... I can't fckin wait. As you mentioned the art looks amazing as well, I think a lot of it is done with AI but it really has such a great aesthetic for the music. Crazy we are finally here after all these years

Yep! Always wanted better quality versions of the Immemorial songs, and I've seen a lot of fans asking him to remaster those. Didn't even know that he had made so fucking many of them that no one has even heard yet

Lol true, by the end of this video i was almost in tears.... And im not an emotional dude. This band means the life to me.

This, with 56 tracks of Immemorial is just insane tbh. And hopefully with good enough sound quality. :D Even tho I def enjoy the demos that are out now too. It has a special likeable sound to it just like early Ensiferum demos. Its a nolstalgia feeling.

I can't even explain how moved I was after finally listening to a studio version of The Way of the Fire, after 13 years of listening to live recordings from 2011. It just didn't feel real to me. For me the mystery song has always been One with the Shadows. We never knew anything about that song. Jari has commented on Silver Leaves many times, and we have obviously heard Storm and The Way of the Fire, but One with the Shadows was always a mystery. I remember, around 12-13 years ago, I had asked Teemu about that song. He said it was the oldest song on the album, written around making the first album, and it's mid-paced and straight forward, like Land of Snow and Sorrow. There is also no intro, according to Kai in the old message board and there is guitar outro, like a solo thing. That's all we knew, before listening to this snipet.

I was completely blown away by The Way of the Fire when it started. I was afraid that it won't live up to the hype but it sounds even better than I could've imagined. It's perfect.

I ordered it immediately last night! 👌 I just watched your reaction and as soon as the 2nd teaser sample solo started playing I got the chills ❤

I'm assuming the surprise in April will be a remastered Time I and possible an ultimate version with I and II as one album since they never really mentioned Time I.

Although August 30th will be a day of celebration and part of that is because we will finally hear the mythical Silver Leaves, which is kinda like something which is (and should be) forbidden from mere mortals, so there's a certain kind of sadness that it becomes mundane, but of course it's bound to happen at some point and I couldn't be happier that the time is near. Until that, I'll cherish its mythical status and I absolutely love that Jari didn't spoil us with it yet although it's also incredibly frustrating. I sooooo much want to hear it already and that intro tease made the wait so much more worse, but August 30th will be a massive reward for me and for us.

He commented on Facebook that he doesn't have any plans on releasing the demos (other than the time package) as actual albums, but will probably make it available on bandcamp some time after the release for a higher price.

I forgot I was even subbed to you lol. Here's hoping Time II delivers, though I know it will.

Are we getting any CDs or is it all in download form? And if there are CDs, how many and for what parts? Thanks.

It's not the 2nd coming of Christ, mate. I don't get why this band has such insanely loyal followers. The album sounds like a standard Nuclear Blast production achievable in any professional studio.

the thing is jari probably doesnt want to be tied with any studio/label and we are funding a new studio for him to flex his music skills and maybe start a new metal label. Also, most labels want to change your songs based on their preferences/interests, and Jari probably doesnt like it.
