As a bassist myself, I could care less how many people are in the congregation. I love what I do and Ima get mine if there’s only ONE person in the pews. Praise and worship is a personal thing.
WOW thats so great playing this bass man is FANTASTIC!!!
Love his playing. I think he is a disciple of Sharay Reid!!!!!! Love it!!!
2 beasts. Donald Alford and Joe Cleveland bobbin' his head!! Remember the first time I heard Donald live.

soo musical... soo tasty. Everyone is so solid. Props to the other musicians holding down their ends as well.
I'd pay anything to see him perform live, coronavirus or not. I guess that was his first and only toy when growing up. Brilliant experience
Yooooo the precision is crazy accurate.
This right here was " Epic " 🔥🔥🔥
He makes me want to learn 🎸 it's funky

I disagree. Sharay’s tone has more low end. Donald plays more melodies;has jaco-like mid-range tone.

Donald Alford II blazzin 4 sho! Fast forward to last year’s Beyoncé tour he just played! Keep going 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This guy is very nice and is gifted... He comes the closest to Legendary Reggie Young, formerly with Eric McDaniel and The Lord's Church Cathedral.
You know Killin when the backup singer gave that look 2:43 and 6:19 His name is Don Alford

skills indeed ...
Oh....my Goooooodness!
It’s crazy bc I’ve been watching him play all my life. I grew up in PLGWC until I left in 2017 once I joined the Navy. He is one of the best bass players I’ve ever heard.
I can understand the title of this video. I already play bass (for over 30 years), and watching this makes me want to start all over! lol
Wow! Now I want to play bass..
Sharay Reed must be his idol. Plays like him
