The ‘flies around Steve’s head’ bit is just joyous and after watching their GQ award interview where Coogan says they’ll start talking about something and Brydon says “Save it for on-camera”, I’m guessing they started that chat re flies under trees off-camera; and at the point where Steve tells the story of the blanket and the book, Rob possibly stopped him and said “Let’s do this chat on camera” - Coogan little suspecting (or maybe totally suspecting, but not how) he was being set up for that wonderful Parky put-down imitation that is the bookend to the Michael Bublé sequence in The Trip To Italy. 😂 To see Steve laughing at how he has been stitched up in that spirit they work in of being unafraid to step over boundaries is joyous - seems partly embarrassment, partly “you s*d, you’ve done it again to me” and partly admiration at Rob taking it down this route. 😂

These guys 😂 - would love to meet Coogan in particular - it’s the sarcasm...😬although Rob Brydon is definitely a nicer person 😂😘

Lovely and funny!

As funny as the first 3 right up to Coogan HAVING to show he can do dark drama...But I've watched them all 10 times. I LIVE in them. Winterbottoms music choices are heart breaking...odd counter to the comedy. I find these films layered. These aren't just silly impressions. The ending of 'Italy' is poignant beyond Roman Holiday. Can't explain. ~ Gotta do France Lads!

What's with the audio on this clip? It's all in the right speaker?

Coogan confused the Odyssey with the Iliad when he talked about the Aeneid.

What's the go with the sound? Seems to heavily prefer my left speaker. A subtle political statement?

I watched the Trip to Spain the other day. The first 2/3rds were funny as hell. The last third they just ran out of gas. Turned into a dramedy and didn't work.

This part of the trilogy that was supposed to be the most interesting , was a disaster!Apart from some few hilarious moments and the allegory to father's death connected with Adis ,nothing else really was worth to watch!3000 years of Greek history was exhausted to refugees in Lesbos or dumpsters & same immitations once again.Not even a reference to Byron's death in Mesolongi ,something that really surpised me.Also the attempt to mix Odysseas's homecoming journey with a tourist guide book was at the very least a failure.Still, best of these movies was "trip to Italy".Pity!
