Super i saw you tried to punish kung lao's teleport by d2 him in the end of the set. But you can punish any kun lao's teleport variation using your best high string. i always get Cetrion CB (2,1,3) on kung lao's main. hehehehe it work with any other character. lie sub zero 1,2 + ice ball and so on
