How to make the Fluffiest yet Delicious Ekuru also called Ofuloju or White Moimoi
Ingredients
3 cups white beans
2 cups water for blending
For stew:
1 cup ata rodo (red scotch bonnet)
Or dry chili
Half cup cayenne
Dry tatashe
3 medium size onions
1 cup palm oil
2 stock cubes
Brown ponmo
Panla fish
I added a few goat meat pieces
Salt

Thank you. You can use pouches, moimoi bowls, those type with covers. Pouches are really convenient and can be reused. You can check the internet for where to get
I love the sound of your voice. How many minutes in all did you cook it? Why dont you add the salt to the batter

Thank you so much. I cooked for 40 minutes. That’s the most common way to make ekuru, salt is not added to the batter. However, you can sprinkle salt on it when you serve
