Thankyou Gabor for your amazing work 🙏 “There is no such thing as ‘tough love’; it’s either tough or love” … that’s brilliant & so true.

I suffered the terrible consequences of not saying No. 💉 💉. Now sick with autoimmune disease 😞

@berengereful I've heard a lot of great results from health professionals who have their patients on water fasting for 3 days with high dose supplements such as NAC, zinc, vitamin C m, and also Japan just released a study showing the enzymes nattokinase and bromelain are really effective at resolving damage. I'd recommend reaching out to a functional or integrative medicine professional and also check out Dr. Brian Ardis.

I say no to everything, I have an autoimmune disease. And a G.P. is going to tell you that they are much more often caused by catching a virus than by a negative reaction to preventative medicine, so keep up with your shots, Germsy.

My job has been so stressful for over a decade but every time I try to leave it, I either get thwarted or I’d be giving up decent pto, insurance, and a pension for a minuscule increase in pay and an equal amount of stress and adding job insecurity. I try every day to make peace with having a job I dread and despise but I still can’t manage the stress from working in general. Now, the future is competing against AI for income. I wish I’d just get terminally sick. I’m alone, so it won’t matter if I’m alive or not.

Dear @erindabney2758, I can relate to your post & I'm only 3yrs in a stressful job. I hope I can encourage you that you've gotten through every rough day for over a decade -- you're more resilient than you think. I hope you can find someone to help you get back to enjoying a life full of meaning.

Try to find a passion outside of your work to keep you going and positive. Don't quit job security.

I relate to your last paragraph. Your life may not matter to others, but it should matter to YOU. Face a mirror and say I MATTER.

This is literally just a third of the picture. There's a need for saying no, there's a need for saying yes, and there's wishing (would say yes but helpless to bring the circumstances about).

I 've never had that problem. I can say no VERY easily, without any guilt, and I don't give a rat's ASS if it means the person doesn't like me.

I like music and basketball so when the people that I enjoy doing those types of things with aint being honest, forthcoming or fun anymore I lose interest. Dump them and find new friends that share my passions. Idk why ppl think working one job for the rest of your life or having one partner for the rest of your life is optimum? I have many interests and passions. If one doesn’t work out then onto the next. I know what I want.
