    Computers are hacked only when the owner of that computer react to hackers question or request, the moment you ignore or delete that request then your are safe and happy, likewise someone tries to trigger your emotion just ignore or be silent so that you can concentrate on your Future work otherwise your time and happiness is hacked by that opposite person. 😊 Have a nice day 😃

    What I love about James is that you don't have to believe in magic or meritocracy for it to work. You just have to focus on what you can control. It's so sensible.

    James clear had wrote an amazing book that changed my life over period of time but the main thing is patience and consistency in the actions that we do. Just one rule to remember - same activity Same place Same time, then a habit is formed.

    “Goals are good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress.” Good quote from his book. I also like the mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels.

    A internal story that you tell yourself, but each time you have an experience that reinforces that the story gets solidified. Every action you take is kind of like a vote for the type of person you want to become. Damn that fire!!

    OK, so you're saying a person who trains and then runs a marathon doesn't have the identity of a runner? But they just trained for and ran a marathon. Why wouldn't there identity be that of a marathon runner?

  • @essyqueen478

    @essyqueen478

    3 ай бұрын

    When it’s your identity, you do it regardless of the event. In other words, you continue to run long after the marathon is over and when no one is watching to applaud you. It’s not a one-off activity, it becomes a lifestyle.
