some millenials fail to do one thing right which is invest. I made my first million from blue chips and top etfs but when my new friends ask me how i made my money and i tell them etfs and passive income investing the all look clueless but they all know the new mercedes benz, bmw and dodge challenger that dropped last year, it's crazy, so much useless info!! anyways i invested and then reinvested my profits, i also acquired large amounts of high paying dividend stocks that gives me a solid base of passive income and also i owe all these knowledge and financial advice i'm giving you on this channel to James Fletcher Brennan, my personal Financial advisor, he"s been handling my portfolio for 2 years and he still surprises me with his insider knowledge

i tried to teach my kids the power of investing too but i guess they'd rather just spend their money on stuff that don't matter but what can i do i just pray for them and hope they learn and do better. i still love them regardless!

The goal of creating multiple income streams should be to maximize your potential in each category available to you.

Starting multiple fires with no lighter is no more difficult than one. You start the first fire the hard way then use a stick from it to start the others.

Focus on one simple strategy that can be easily escalable and THEN diversify.

Maybe you can do “how to” on building a real estate portfolio? Build it using an LLC? Different LLCs for different property types? How many should you have in portfolio? Property management companies? Tax structure? Just an idea.

By far one of the BEST videos ALUX has done! I only wish I had known this 40 YEARS ago!

I used to start too many things at about the same time and not get much done. Many of these income stream ideas feel a lot like that to me.

So this is the one advice I have waiting for my entire life! Thank you Alux!

I feel like nobody ever mentions the most important aspect of generational wealth building. You have to be able to protect your investment. Don't buy it if you may, at some point, be forced to sell it. You HAVE to be able to exit on your terms.

Starting out with a with a professional that knows the ropes of the choppy but profitable market is the best way to achieve getting a well structured portfolio. That's why I have been working with 'Romilly Lucia gray' and that doesn't make me daft because in financial dealings one have to be prudent. Most traders enter exit with a quick 10% profit which is not bad in a general opinion but why not aim higher, it doesn't necessarily mean to be greedy

That's why being informed pays off. I see any market condition as an opportunity, so far I'm only dollar cost averaging. I have amassed over £321k so far in 2022 as gross earnings under the guidance of my financial advisor "Romilly Lucia gray". I don't pay attention to the daily movements, the returns have been good. I'm not retiring anytime soon, so who cares what happens today?

I am currently working on turning $20k into 500k then $1m. So far at $120k..... I really like this guy because he's like my analyst, focuses on the market all day, read charts, observes the world around him and trust to deliver outstanding results, that's how I've been investing and growing my money without ever sitting in front of a computer

I really don’t like the fire analogy because if you build one fire you can use that fire to lite the other 3.

I know successful people with 1 stream of income because their skill and education is enough. They can get another "stream of income" with pension or investments..or even buying another property to rent out. They do not have to have multiple streams to become "wealthy". Dont believe me? Look at CEOs, CFOs, COO, Doctors, Lawyers..etc etc...I can go on and on.

I started freelancing because nobody wanted to hire someone in accounting with no experience. The problem with this freelancing work was that summer time was with almost no income. So I started learning programming hoping to get some summer projects. It turned into a fulltime job as a JavaScript/React developer. I still hold onto my freelancing work. I hope I'll get a third stream of income in the future - an apartment to rent. I'm also interested in buying gold. But I'll wait for the prices to go a little lower.
