There is no leader without at least one follower-that’s obvious. Yet the modern leadership industry, now a quarter-century old, is built on the proposition that leaders matter a great deal and followers hardly at all.

There are a few key qualities that separate leaders from followers. Leaders are typically visionaries who can see the big picture and have a clear idea of where they want to go. They are also usually very good at motivating and inspiring others to achieve a common goal. Followers, on the other hand, tend to be more focused on the here and now and may have a more difficult time seeing the big picture. They also may be more likely to need direction and motivation from a leader in order to stay on track. In general, leaders are more proactive than followers. They are always looking for ways to improve and move forward, whereas followers tend to be more content with the status quo. Leaders also tend to be more confident and have a stronger sense of self-belief. This allows them to take risks and make decisions, even when it may be unpopular. Followers, on the other hand, may be more hesitant to take risks and may need more reassurance before making a decision.

Not hesitant, cautious in planning is a leader, but committed in action, it's a strength of a leader, not a weakness, most people see it as this by assumption as they have never been cautious in planning anything as they escape themselfs when works done and so they only work to pay bills and never learn anything profound or do anything much but just use a job as a camouflage as cowards of conformity who look down on real leaders actually doing something worth while, because they are needy to get relationships and friends to fit in and feel validated, but in doing so they trade all they are & could be, but they will never know, as they never did, and that's why they continue to look down on real innovative original thinkers.

To me the most fundamental aspect of leadership is sense-making. The leader's vision must make sense. In meetings the leader is right at the end of the meeting making sense of it all after everyone has contributed their unique point of view. If you don't make sense, you're a follower not a leader....

Leadership is an art and a science. Leading people take knowledge of human nature. When you have this skill you will do what is considered impossible to most. Know your people's strengths and fine tune them for high performance.

Leader is equipped with attributes like well-aware, honest, sincere, highly intellectual, able to process information or data to make right choices/decisions or directions to lead masses. Prophet Moses lead children of Israel because he had more knowledge, honest and sincere to them for their betterment. A mother or father could be designated as a leader for a home because of his devotion, honesty, situation handling capability and interest. It's actually the interest of others and right decision making ability, if that is fullfiled or prioritized by a single entity then it could be regarded as a Leader.

I guess.... I just need to put it out there. I am learning to be a leader. I am no way in charge of a big firm right now... But I am leading Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell. Alux has helped me turn that entity from nothingness to a remarkably valuable system. In just 6 months, we have gone from officeless to partnering up with US based companies. It is a voluntary association, so my team isn't o! Any contract. Two of the memebers recently quit. I have patiently taught some of them so many skills over months, I have paid their bills, I have given them a space, I have given them startup that was profitable since day one... And they quit because the project needed a bit more of their time, because they hated one of the team members. But they didn't say it. They wouldn't talk. I had no idea what went wrong. All since morning, I thought I was wrong. I had done something wrong. But this video clarified to me their perspective.... They were clearly followers and I was planning to give them the lead. It was my mistake. I will be much better in judging the people next time. And my ideas, projects will go on no matter what. And I would have my revenge when this startup getsin millions of dollars.
