Things that are good for u: 1. Going to be early (as early as it allows you wakeup peacefully before sunrise) 2. Wakeup early 3: eat something anti inflammatory and healthy in breakfast 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Go for a walk (make it barefoot sometimes) 6. Talk less 7. Be ultra nice to your parents 8. Follow your instincts 9. Less screen time 10. Make money 11. Smile 12. Know that it’s ok and you will be better 13. Practice gratitude 13. Look good 14. Go to new places 15. Minimize argument 16. Be restful and calm and grow
1. 5 AM 2. Don't follow the crowd. 3. Difference between busy being busy vs busy with actual work getting done. 4. Most loving person wins. 5. Don't be a resentment collecter. 6. Play with toxic people/energy vampires or surround yourself with world class people.

Tl;Dr: I want to change myself to not be toxic and to not respond to other ppls toxicity. HALLLPPP! Sameee. I get angry or whatever this painful feeling in my head whenever i talk to my parents or friends and they tell me to do something. Its like the longer I have known someone the more of my 'toxic side' i show them. I really hate myself. Also when people mock me or want to hurt me - verbally, mentally, I actually want to hear what they want to say and get mad. But why? I understand that anger is a poison which destroys the container in which it is kept. I still cannot seem to do anything about it, and think about what people are saying for years. I am 17 right now and will really appreciate any help I can get.
"Everything that happens in your life is for your growth" is something HUGE I learnt in my 20s. Nothing that happens is ever a waste (as long as I take out the lesson from that experience) as it contributes to my growth. I've gained so much perspective since

I turned 20, 3 days ago and this popped up while looking for things to improve my current headspace. Thank you for this video, writing a lot in my notes 💕 bless you
It was in 2021 when i saw the 5 AM club book on the shelf of a humble bookshop. Though i didn't know the writer, but when i opened it and started reading the first pages standing, i was astonished by the simplified ideas and Robin's unique writing style especially the pages where the spellbinder talks about mediocrity and world class performers. Wow .. what a book ! What a writer ! The 5 AM Club is more of a science book . Thanks Robin.
I was halfway through and already shared with 6 people, :D it's also going to be posted in my business FB page and in my Mindfulness Programme! Thank you for explaining everything so well and clearly.
Beautiful segment of the mastery session - being 19 right now, lost in life in a cycle of self confidence, this has allowed me to remember what I stand for, and that I do have value. You've been such an amazing role model of mine, and listening to your methodologies and life tactics has really helped me elevate my mental health, and my personal growth. Thank you so much.
Everybody thats here right know, I want you to know that you are exactly where you should be. Don’t think that you can’t help or give advice to others just because you are not always following that advise yourself, just do it most of the time. Celebrate you for being true to yourself, it took a lot to get to this point, You Deserve to be here🎉🎉🎉
Well, it's never to late to learning amazing things!
Robin, you are great ! Your materials, your speech and the speed of your talk are just great. I have listened to all motivation gurus, you are far more superior than all the big names. Thanks.
Just turned 20 on 9th June and I feel lucky to find this video. Thanks Robin
Love this! This guy knows what he's talking about..a very intelligent and conscious human being.
As muslims we pray everyday before sunrise. It’s just magic how your feeling will be after ❤
I wish I knew these lessons at my young age as well. You live and learn. Now we get to take these lessons and use them to improve our lives.
KZread is telling me, you really need to listen to Robin Sharma - It kept showing up in my recommendations. The first point blew my mind!
The universe definitely led me here. Thank you so much for this insight, it’s changing my life drastically.

Love the energy and information you put into your videos. Bought your book on Amazon, super excited to read. Please keep making the videos, they're super motivational. Thanks Robin!
Thanks Robin! I look at my life in increments. I set daily goals, I also set certain goals weekly and monthly. For example, I might say "June is eating right month". I find this helps the goal not look so difficult because I trick my brain into thinking the goal is only for a short period of time. Fantastic results!!
I am not 20 yet(I am 13) but good that I clicked on it so that I can start making improvements from now. However, I clicked on this video because I read 3 of Robin Sharma's books and knew that his advice is practical and simple
