I lived on Martha's Vineyard, year round, for 13 years. I was even an elected Dukes County official for awhile as well as an elected delegate for the Cape and Islands. Dersh has a long, filthy reputation on the Island. When he says he has been "blackballed" all I can think is that I saw his balls on Lucy Vincent Beach and they were NOT black. The dude paraded around the beach wearing only a T-shirt and a sailor hat with small children in tow. He was nude from the waist down. When he stopped in his tracks to ogle me and a friend on the beach, smiling lasciviously, I got to see those nasty little whiteballs. So you don't have to.
