BTM won the Grammy for song of the year, for this song, and album of the year. Personally, I like Home Free’s version, just a bit more. It’s was such a treat to watch your expressions as the meaning of the lyrics washed over you. If it’s possible, you were even more lovely ❤

Yes, Rob killed it. All the boys were good. When they were on the Sing Off on NBC Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men was a judge and he loved them. I think they did the song justice. So good and good reaction AyoJess!😍😄

Rob, is such an underappreciated vocalist.... but we Home Fries know though. Their latest Rob is again lead and that one will have ya chair dancing...the song is "I want crazy"...react to it, you'll love it

Rob has so much soul.

Chance doing background bass line is so good in this one. Except for his short lead lines Tim is up there singing chorus with Austin.

These guys do an amazing job of this song! They can do any genre including R&B. Rob's voice has so much feeling & soul in it. Austin adding his higher tones, Chance is holding down the bass in the back, Tim adding some deeper bass notes & Adam with his fabulous vocal percussion. These guys are my favorite a cappella group out there. Shawn Stockman from Boyz II Men was one of the judges on the "Sing Off" that Home Free won & he was a big fan of these guys from the start. I'm sure he loved their version of this song.

If you love Rob’s voice, you should review him and Austin singing the opera classic: Nessun Dorma. Rob can sing anything!!

Just beautiful singing. One of my favorites by Home Free, "WHEN A MAN LOVE A WOMEN" or Austin and Rob singing "NESSUN DORMA"

For many of us 'seasoned fries', this WAS the original because we were far too old to have paid any attention to B2M. And, yes, Rob was magnificent in this.

That's funny that you don't know that song. Love your reaction, your personality, your great smile. So cute. Most people that know the original say this version is more of a country sort of sound. I don't think so.

I believe I've already used every adjective in the thesaurus to complement Rob and Austin for their leads in this amazing performance. So I'll find a new word to describe the background vocals during Rob's verses : "mellow". Smooth doesn't quite do it -- the harmonic blends are just so mellow! And the choruses raise it up to "stupendous"! Home Free never lets me down. Thank you for a great reaction!

I know the original ensemble has so great a sound and ONE CANNOT EASILY allow for another version being better .... but, SORRY THEY ARE BETTER by far. Just phenomenal talent bass, baritone, tenors and beat boxer !!!

The Home Free version is extremely good and I really love it, but it doesn't have the emotion of the original. When Nathan sang "The pain in my head, I'd rather be dead", we felt the pain. The deep bass monologue at the end made us feel like the entire group had been dumped and they were all hurting. This one feels more like an academic musical experience. Home Free did a good job, but the original version blows it out of the water. A lot of Boyz II Men's success was that their songs weren't just brilliant, but they touched the listeners to the core. I understand that musical taste is subjective and you have your opinion but please listen to the original version with good audio and your eyes closed and you'll get what I'm talking about.
