Rob absolutely did NOT know! He was not a member of Wendi as God group. There are TONS of recorded conversations between Charlie & their mom talking about Rob just doesn’t get how important Wendi is & to keep him in the dark. When Dan was killed, Rob was on his parents to find out what happened. When they gave him no answers and he saw the obvious truth we all do, he severed all ties with his parents & siblings. There is podcast where Rob is interviewed & his dysfunctional family dynamics are reviewed. Review the case. Rob knew nothing and this broke him.

If you listened the majority of the cash was money he already paid out i.e. materials for surgery he did and paying for meals for entire groups. Only other thing was for the dock rental. There is still an invoice. Just because it is paid in cash does not mean the taxes aren't paid. Remember, medical services have no sales tax. He would still have a profit/loss statement at the end of the year. The invoices paid and expenses allowed are used to determine profit/ loss. The accountant uses that to file the forms and determine the taxes.

And I highly doubt someone would testify on a nationally televised trial that they received cash if they hadn't reported it to the IRS. I get paid in cash a lot, and every penny gets reported.

The crazy thing is that he thought he did really well with his testimony. One of the court reporters stated that many of the jurors were rolling their eyes through all of this nonsense.

I feel so sorry for dans mom, she looks so hurt and sad . I can’t imagine what she’s going through . Justice for Dan Markel and his family ! I pray he gets convicted and his mom gets to see her grandkids !!🙏

His best defense is an Ineffective counsel. Having my wisdom teeth pulled was less painful than watching this.

“Ask yourself why it couldn’t be a robbery” says the defense attorney. Excellent question that has an answer that incriminates Charlie. Katie and crew only had a motive of $. The only people who had a different motive - and where a robbery would not suffice - is the need for Wendy to relocate. Robbing Dan does not enable Wendy to relocate. Only killing him does.

"Charlie's truth"~~My older brother was normal ~ so I didn't get along with him... but the rest of my family were ethically and morally bankrupt and that's where I found the most solace.

She took it the wrong way because Charlie only wanted her to help him find the murderer, he only used Katie and she let herself be used for money, she was vulnerable, with financial, relationship and children problems. Attacking the character of the man who was gunned down in front of his child is breathtakingly heinous. Life tip: when you have children with someone, your life is no longer about you. This wasn’t a deadbeat dad who left her high and dry. He didn’t want her to limit his access to his children. These people are selfish and disgusting. I look forward to the day all of them pay for their part in this.

Yes there are dentists that have evening hours. They offer evening hours to accommodate working people. As a hygienist I would also work evening hours in some of the practices. Not unusual.

When you really think about it, if the story is true, they had a lifelong cash cow, if they pushed to hard at first, he may just go to police, they had him fearful of being set up for Dans murder . Charlie wasn’t as “street wise” as he thought. Katherine was, as was her ex who hated Charlie, the only piece for me that I can’t figure out is , was it just coincidence that the murder took place on that day, or were murders given Dans schedule? They had after all stalked him once already & because kids were there they didn’t kill him.

Charlie was almost tearing up when his attorney asked him if he has any children. The fact that he could possibly go to jail for life and not see his own son grow up.

The foster care arrangement was in the event WENDI/ADELSON FAMILY Were ARRESTED and the children had no one to take care of them as Dan’s parents live in another state. Literally just so they had enough time to fly and collect their grandchildren, so they wouldn’t go with some random people. What is hard to understand??
