A news conference concerning the death of a metro Atlanta airman shot and killed by a Florida deputy will be held Thursday.
National civil rights and personal injury attorney Ben Crump and the family of Senior Airman Roger Fortson will hold a news conference on Thursday to reveal new evidence in the case, according to the news release.
Fortson, a 23-year-old active-duty Senior Airman, was fatally shot by a Florida Sheriff’s Deputy on Friday, May 3.
