As Bruce Lipton said we are forced to live a life that is programmed by others. Most of us don't realize that we are waisting the best years of our life by 'hard work' and 'long hours' - for whom, why and what? But, indeed, as soon as you embrace Stoism you realize that it takes only one step to start a journey that leads you to the real purpose of your life.
