My t-outliners may not be built flawless but they perform flawless. At the end of the day that's all that matters to me.

In my opinion, this video is the reason why Andis redesigned their T-outliner/Outliner II housing. More on the older style when Electro Tools was manufacturing them. Thanks Delace III!

u just proved what i been saying for yrs but the funny thing is andis deny all of these claims like were crazy LOl.....i started cutting in 1982 and used andis trimmers exclusively and around 2002-03 i started getting pissed with the blades with the exception of the styliner 2.....i mainly have been using the detailers and even the hero but the noise of the hero is really annoying longterm..until the gtx came out with the new deep theeth blade and they won my respect back with that..great vid

I switched to wahl I used andis T's and the square boys for like 2 yrs till' i picked up wahl razor edgers. Andis liners get hot! u need like 2 or 3 if your busy or use on certain cuts. like one liner for just bald fades or just designs beards and line-ups. pro-mate blades on your andis outliners improves a lot. Don't b afraid of straight razors! real pros can do a whole line-up without liners.

I've been saying for a few years that they don't make clippers as good as they use to. I've gotten so much slower because the clippers I use do not cut like they are suppose to. I'm a 16 licensed veteran with 9 years of bootleg experience. I know I'm good at what I do but hard to expand my talent if the equipment is not 100%. Where can I get the quality I use to get? I never have kept the same pair of clippers for over 2 years. Help would greatly be appreciated. I use oster 76ers, oster fast feed, andis master , and andis outliner. I've used all brands during my experiences

Know this those products are factory seconds and are meant for sale in Third World countries! The distributor buys them up from Andis, Wahl, n Oster then sells them to companies who are suppose to sell them over seas, but ends up sellng them here to every mom n pop shop , every Tom Dick n Harry who ends up on eBay n Amazon(3rd party contracts) then sell them to you the unassuming consumer. Thinking your getting a DEAL!

The well built Outliner II isn't made by Andis, it's made by Electro Tools Corp. They made them until Andis bought the patents from them.

Outliners are amazing but I just think the quality is down. I use about five machines to do all my cuts. 1 outliner, 1 styliner, 1 master, 1 senior and 1 detailer. A True Professional uses what they have.

Not for nothing n no disrespect but 1. Make Sure you buy from an authorized retailer of Andis, Oster, and Wahl! When you find thin bodies n unfamiliar markings on the clipper they are usually KNOCKOFFS!(FAKE) When you purchase from the web, you know the sites I'm talking about you can end up with anything. If it is extremely cheap ask yourself. WHY? If your saving 4-5 bucks but you can't be assured that the product is sold by an authorized retailer:

Watched this video a few times, and these might be bootleg trimmers. I've owned about 8 Outliners and I've never seen or heard of ones with any on/off markings or stickers. The legit Andis Outliners have seen reduced quality since maybe 2008. And when they started making the ones with the long switch, the quality is completely garbage .

Thanks for putting this video up though. They started making the cheaper ones once they noticed that more consumers were buying them for personal use. They make cheaper quality ones now, so that customers have to keep buying new outliners ever 3-5 years. I had outliner that lasted 10 years, I'd just replace the blade every few years. Andis would lose money if their trimmers lasted that long now, so they build them to break down sooner.
