@@rae1756so washing with a bar of soap and putting grease on wet hair after can help my hair grow? Can I wear my hair out everyday instead of wearing twist or braids?

I’ve been washing my hair everyday Not only has my hair been growing but my skin has cleared the sebum and the build up really caused alot of acne on my back and on my face and washing my hair everyday really cleared everything up as well as having amazing hair growth results 🔥❤️‍🔥

Ive been dealing with acne for awhile and I think this is the reason! I am going to start washing my hair daily. It is crazy how I was told differently (only to wash every other week) when its just not true! it makes sense that our scalp can get clogged pores and it effects growth

I dont think its the washing with shampoo i think its just the water. Im starting to think out hair is like a plant. Loves to be watered, drinks uo the water and u just water it again so it can flourish.

I'm going to try using ambunu and yucca to do my daily shampoo. My black soap is a bit too harsh, so will be my weekly shampoo vs daily. I do a clay black soap once a month as a clarifying shampoo. Condition of deep condition after each shampoo

I will try this. I also heard that washing your hair everyday can make your hair dry, due to evaporation. But I will twist it first and wash it for one month everyday. I’m interested to see how this works for me. Thank you for this video.

Definitely do what works for you. But be careful because my hair used to be very thick, but now it's not because when I would deep condition my hair would be filled with water for long periods of time without drying. So it would hold on to the water and over time I got hygral fatigue and my hair is very thin now. It was very thick before, I should have taken pictures. Oh, and also consider if you have hard water.

@@audreytitchoup1838 You're right. And I've been using protein treatments a lot to reverse the hygral fatigue, and I'm starting to think I may have heat damage. I only used heat once on medium with shea butter as heat protection, and I think I may have gotten heat damage. I'm just going to dry my hair with a shirt for now. It's hard to tell heat damage and hygral fatigue apart.
