I am having this but with a brand new actuator original, kinda frustrated atm ngl Did you remove the transmission to clean it?
No two screws will remove the actuator and you can attempt to clean it if it looks dirty.

No two screws will remove the actuator and you can attempt to clean it if it looks dirty.
