I also had this type of eczema. It is always erupted by using dettol and savlon hand wash. And due to the dryness in winters. My skin is too sensitive i can not use dettol and savlon soap hand wash or liquid. Or any metal other thand gold and silver makes my skin so rashy. Once i recovered by homeopathic medicine by doctor i avoid using these things that i have allergy with.
