you really think this is filmed n some third world land? The way these guys lift and their size. clear as day they can afford surplus of food. Real poverty places the people physically work their ass off and are scrawny because they cant afford to eat at a surplus to grow. Wouldn’t be surprised if this was filmed in hollywood

The squat is overrated today like the bench was in the 80s. I prefer barbell lunges over the squat.
