I don't believe in the"genetics" but the diet has definitely a lot to do with it. African food is healthy in general. Maybe high in carbs but low in fat for sure.

@MannyP i do. What research proves that africans are stronger than others? You might find some dating early 20th century. These same studies also say that the black african man is closer to primates, and that of course, his physical abilities dont match the brain and intelligence of other human beings. Thats whats sciense said less than 100 years ago.

Take a trip down to Home Depot or Lowe’s, go to the garden center and grab some 50lb bags of sand or pebbles, separate and put in gallon size ziplock bags. Fill book bags or duffles bags to desired weight and that’s just for starters. Cheap exercise equipment 😊

This gym brings memories on how a group of friends and I put equipment together we each had a few hundred pounds but we couldn't afford bigger and heavier plates so one friend would bring flue weeks from his dad mechanic shop, the other brought the wheels to turn the valves at the oil refinery, one brought these very heavy weeks from an old steam machine, we didn't have lots of money we were a bunch of neighborhood kids in Puerto Rico that couldn't afford a $10.00 a month gym membership so we made up our own stuff , benches, pulleys and what not!! Much respect to our brothers in iron!💪🏼💪🏾💪🏿💪
