I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 150K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. @@FeliciaJudge I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using a invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million

Becky's questions were well researched and relevant to the current market situation. Buffett was fantastic as usual. Investment means business ownership-- not fixation on price and chart. When it comes to price, buy stocks at reasonable valuations and let the business return cash to you on its own.

You can see that Warren Buffett and Becky both were getting uncomfortable and annoyed because of this Joe guy.

This is simply soothing to listen to.

What I love about this interviewer is she is so damn good at throwing the everyday investor's lack of understanding at Warren and getting the kind of answers the everyday investor can understand back.

This was a great interview, providing a reality check and important information that keeps me coming back - to keep me on track. Unfortunately after 10:12, it takes a steep decline in quality.

A very serious question, are there more interviews that this journalist has taken of people; I would like to see more interviews in this same vein since the questions she asked and the way she built up the questions was amazing. A real treat to see this interview.

This interview is a gem and should be called 'Investing 101'. It's absolutely brilliant the way Warren simplifies investing. That guy Joe at the end is very annoying, but I like the way Warren get's back at him with the "I'd rather read 10Ks". Priceless.

Mature businesses often pay nearly all their earnings out in dividends. So 100% of Geico and Wells Fargo alone probably does it, plus the other minority interests.
