So I went and got this little set. The washes behave very nicely. A very nice flow to them. Not quite watery, but not as gel-like as some other ranges. They flow and settle nicely. Would’ve liked a slightly more matte finish, but I spritz on a matte varnish when I’m done anyway.

I’ve ordered the basic set and I am definitely going to get this set of washes. They look really useful. 👍

When ish can we expect thw release of individual paints from the fanatic line. I like most people would like to supplement my favorite paints with fanatic colors and do not want to buy a large set. I would like to buy the 27 most saturated from each of the hexad / triads, but as that is not likely to be a combo you sell will likely have to buy them individually, which is fine, just curious on time lines.

Interesting. I really like how you seem to be keeping the old formulation for the Strong, Soft and Dark tone? I guess this is replacing the quickshade line. Which is fine by me as long as I get similar results from the strong tone which is the one I am always running out of.

Correct, the Washes formula has stayed the same! We didn't want to mess with the fan favorite formula, so we expanded the colour options instead to 17 colours and the medium :)

Will an individual box like this be done for the effect paints? I need me those glow paints and the mud.

If we make an effects set, you will be sure to hear about it. In April you will be able to purchase and sample all of the Effects paints when the individual Warpaints Fanatic paints hits retail stores.

Is Mid Brown coming out down the line or does it have an equivalent in this new range under a different name?

Any news about an acrylic paints collection? 🙂

The formula hasn’t changed from the old washes, but we’ve added bunch of new colours! Washes differ from Speedpaint in that they’re primarily made to just flow into the crevices and not tint the overall colour as much, whereas Speedpaint is meant to heavily tint the colour so you get the 3 in 1 effect

I have most of the old washes. They work so well, I have no need to replace them. HOWEVER, I do need more color options. So I will definitely be supplementing with new Fanatics Washes.

Difference between these and Speedpaints?

Washes r for shading where as speed paints r an all in one
