@@ArtoriasNX Yeah and it all looks fine but it's not perfect: still comes a little loose sometimes. Video on troubleshooting loads of R36S issues (hints and tips) soon!

Time to order e6 game handheld instead of this

Picked it up (gently, natch) and... forward flopped the screen

hope mine comes intact ive another few days to wait

if you dispute with aliexpress instead they will help you better with a refund or a replacement. If the seller is not responding or acting stubborn then aliexpress will deal with them.

Thanks for letting us know, but sadly, it's not a one-off. Someone else has commented that they had the same problem from the same store, there are also bad reviews on the BOYHOM page on AliExpress and @retrogamecorps warns about it being an issue given the raised placement of the screen in the device. Thank you for letting us know that it's relatively rare, though. This is such a great machine otherwise

BOYHOM Store wouldn't refund us unless we returned it. We don't trust their return process (from what we've heard) so didn't return it. Now making a THIRD request to AliExpress 'Help Centre' online chat portal, which we've been told should get us a partial refund. (We hear you have to escalate it 3 times to AliExpress (AFTER the store has refused a refund), ridiculously.)
