@@soloboardgaming I just ordered the pacific theater version of warfighter. If I order expansions in the future, can I play soldiers with different adversaries in different missions/objectives? Or must I play the expansions and core game elements within their designed missions/objectives/locations? I thought it would seem fun to mix things up for “what if” scenarios, like Japan invading China in 1937 or US and Japan in the Philippines.

Our little team of Resistance fighters has been ambushed in the village on their way to Liberate the Town! Moraitis pulls the pin from his grenade and gets ready to fight his way through!

Loving the sounds effects and really roleplaying your squad. You once again make your playthrough exiting. Keep it up I hope you do another playthrough of this. Sadly I live in Australia and it's so expensive to get anything shipped here, I might have to pick up the Vassal module. I own shadow war but I don't like the night vision look of the cards

Thanks for checking in again! I agree about those cards with the night vision effect. Its thematic but unnatractive.

17:36 Hostiles roll only one d10 and 1 d6. Sapphire could have her action next turn...(there was a total Miss in those 3 dice...) Great thematic playthrough.

Darn it, you're correct of course! I was getting obsessed with rolling multiple dice! And I thought I was remembering things quite well :) Oh well, I'll be fair and allow the best of the die which was the 7 die. So the Supp remains anyway. But thanks so much because even when I watched it through I didn't notice that error! Much appreciated, cheers! :)

I saved this to watch today... really looking forward to seeing how you handle this situation and how it turns out.... watching now... good luck..

you had a 3,9,0,0 on that gernade attack then you bumped the table and it rolled over to a 1... so you missed that last kill which would of knocked out the recruits.. (8:15 mark of video...)

guess it didn't matter because they only had 2 men on the card... thought they had 3 instead... either way...

@@idjester You're right, it was a 9 on the green die! Good job I didn't have to depend on that! Fortunes of war eh! Maybe it was those explosions that did it :) Appreciate you watching, thanks!

@@soloboardgaming yeah that was a critical gernade attack and it whipped out the whole group... and you made such a good decision to draw cards, and got really lucky with your draw... so maybe your luck will turn around for you know.

very enjoyable video. What do you prefer Warfighter or Fields of Fire?

Thanks Hissy! I can answer very easily as they are so different. FoF best when I want a really serious realistic challenge. I know it'll be tough and I'll probably lose! Warfighter is for a challenge yes, but also a lot more fun and more 'hollywood'.

I see that Snap Shot is clearly showing a rifle in the picture, but can you use it to throw a second grenade? at 14:40?

Great question and good idea too, and thanks for watching! Yes the card uses the word 'attack' so that means any kind of attack. Lke all the cards, the pictures are just general flavour. I had many options I suppose and thought it was more important to move Saphire for support. Maybe your suggestion was better but I'll never know now :) :)
