Corsair all the way!
Awesome Kevin!
Very nice! Thanks Kevin!
I am such a geek when it comes to airplanes...they are all cool!
Thank you Keven,
Would totally love going there and hanging out with you and Trent and Steve Henry and Chris Palmer.
Outstanding Kevin. Thanks for this...
Wow Kevin thanks for ALL that Eye Candy AND you reporting like the kid in the candy store a different yet presently surprised side of you know no 1 see's.Glad Harvey got you & Brownie to & back uneventful you BOTH ROCK!!
the Corsair is such a tough looking aircraft. my favourite for sure!
Thanks again Kevin.....Shoe🇺🇸
Corsair. Although I like the f-16 a little more. My oldest son flies them. Youngest flies the 35.
Great video Kevin - and no music is good - local sounds way better! What a feast of classic airplanes - so good to see and enjoy. :)
Best Osh Vidio I’ve seen up close and personal showing detail. I have to go with the Corsair.
Great stuff
Great job, Kevin! My favorite is P-38.
always a great job kevin WTG

Your the opening act my friend!
Thanks for giving us a tour there is nothing like the warbirds they just gush of patriotism.
I’m a bigger fan of the 51. But they’re both amazing. I guess I lean to the 51 because as a youngster I viewed the 51 to be what saved us, so I probably didn’t give near enough credit where it was due.
Good Stuff Kevin! DC 3 / C 47 was the work horse of WWII Ol Cory met Col. Davidson in Atlanta Aviation meet up 2 years ago! Col flow B 24's WWII and C 47's in Korea and Vietnam! The Greatest Generation Aviators were LEDGENDS!!!
At the 17: 48 mark, I think the P-38 was a P-40. I'll take the F4U also. Thanks, Kevin. Nice to see Juan there with you. My uncle flew 33 missions as a belly gunner on a B-24 in the CBI theater.

Yes... Pretty sure it was a P-40 Warhawk not a P-38 Lightning... that's a twin engine twin boom/pod...

Great seeing the Navy Glenview Corsair! Glenview was a somewhat "unsung hero" of the WW II / Korean War eras.
The Squadron of PBY Catalina's was the early warning aircraft that discovered the Japanese carrier fleet heading towards Midway. For this reason I think these aircraft were tactically responsible for changing the course of the Pacific Theater to the advantage of America.
The P-51 changed the war in Europe. The F4U changed the war in the Pacific. Seeing as I live in Australia I voye for the Corsair
Kevin thanks so much for sharing that with us! I'm like you torn between the F4U and the P51... Tough choice!
Hi Kevin, My favorite has always been the F4 Marine corp version. There use to be one in a hanger at Skyhaven airport in N.H. where I'm at. The sound of that engine is incredible. Is there a purchase coming in your future lol? You do have a great start to your collection...It would be hard for me to choose between your biplane and the F4. Although I would have to lean towards the F4 if I were financially able. Thank you for sharing. Semper FI. Take care, Be safe.
Dang Kevin!!! You could’ve recorded the whole 2 plus hours you were on warbird row and I would’ve watched every second of it!!! I’m with you brother, I’m a Corsair fanatic! I love a P-51 as much as the next guy, maybe even more, but nothing gets my blood pumping the way a Chance Vought F-4U Corsair does. I also love the Curtiss P-40 Warhawk/aka Tomahawk like the one you’re standing in front of when you’re talking about P-38’s. My second cousin flew a Grumman F-6F Hellcat off of the new USS Yorktown (CV-10) after the original Yorktown (CV-5) sunk at Midway. Her replacement was commissioned shortly after. She was originally supposed to be the Bonhomme Richard but was renamed Yorktown while still under construction. If you watch the WWII documentary “The Fighting Lady” here on KZread posted by AirBoyd at around time stamp 31:50 there is a clip of my cousin coming in for a landing with his plane all shot up and the cable yanks his tail feathers completely off and he spins around on the deck but stops ok. Right before his clip is one of a Japanese ship blowing up from an aerial attack and her munitions cache explodes, right after his clip is one of another pilot landing shot up and badly wounded. So good to see a video from you again Kevin!!! I’ve missed the crowing rooster!!! 👍🤠👍
5:19 - Great poem by Gillespie Magee. Fantastic footage Kevin. Thanks for sharing. A Messerschmit 109 but no Spitfire. Ah well, they would be extremely rare in the US I would imagine.
I've only just started this video and I had to stop to say THANKS FOR STOPPING IN CASPER WYOMING. That's where I am at and where my plane is hangered. OKAY - back to the video.
I must have blinked at that wrong time........i didn't see any P-38 👀

Round engines don’t turn me on… burning expelled kerosene out of spray rings does.
An interesting account of the Vought F4U-4 Corsair history. kzread.info/dash/bejne/a62Gz7ulesvZoKg.html Hope you don't mind the post.
