the kill count by itself is impressive, but dang you were killing some of last things you wanna face in a helicopter, absolutely slaughtering 2 pantsirs, a 2s38, and you probably would of killed that LAV if he didn't explode

Seems like the tail rudder being shot off from over 4km is the default damage on the AHS. I mean, every time I get damage it's the same thing.

Very possible. Nato helis in early rush is harder to use in my opinion. Late game you gonna be facing off against more dangerous AAs and stuff. Dunno ... I would prefer a Russian heli any day of the week, but you gotta work with what you get

quick question,should i bother with the heli tree of sweden like the AHS seem pretty good but the rest overall grind seem really meh especially with the first heli

Depends. You honestly won't see that much benefit from AHS over MI28a, if any at all.

@@user-sg9ql8nk1u as f2p, there is no reason not to grind it. Focus on gripen though, you will get much more out of it than the AHS. Also if you do decide to invest, buy it only when it is 50% off, never pay full price.

Honestly I can't remember for sure, but if I recall correctly, Apache style helicopters do not have MAW. I will check in the evening.

So just to be clear - I do not yet have AHS spaded. In general, Soviet/Russian helicopters are better in WT when compared to their Nato counterpart. You can still do well in Nato helicopters, but my general observation is that you can do a lot better in the Soviet variants.

The Mi28A doesn't get thermals and the hovering POV is suicidal.. You pretty much have to expose yourself in order to get a lock on the enemy It's decent, but the AHS runs rings around it. I just got the AHS and even before I got the thermals it was worth the grind because of its field of view during hovering.

@@gofukursef considering there is no longer any night battles, thermals are not as important. Fast moving and reliable missiles are more important. As atakas got nerfed in controls with the missile nerf, it is going to be harder to kill airborne targets at distance, but it still beats the hellfires in Air vs Air combat. Stingers is ofc another story and I dunno how well they perform ATM on heli platforms. I did try American prem apachi and on top tier it really struggles getting a lock on vs Russian helis that have ircm

@@BigNoobWF my friend, I didn't say night vision, I said thermals. Huge difference between the two. Every elite player rely on thermals for it's enhanced contrast, and especially if you are in a helicopter, it makes finding ground targets waaay easier
