Funny outcome Sweden did like the helicopter overall them self but dident like its optics and weapons since they where outdated and unreliable. If i a purchase would have been made it would have carried Apache optics and wpns.

It's a graphic bug usually you have this with yellowish tail on the mi 24-28-35. Also ka players get kicked out of the heli with just the tail gone, while these heli are made to be able to fly with one are fine and no tail at all although slower and way less stable and maneuverable

As ironic as this statement is, what Justin meant to say vs what came out his mouth has a deeper context. He said “Those are spawn campers, don’t do that.” Because those two individuals were in the winning teams spawn despite the fact that they had zero objectives taken and their team very obviously needed assistance at their own spawn. Instead of camping they could have either returned to their spawn to help prevent being overrun, or capture an objective. In the end they chose to push deeper into the spawn and consequently weren’t beneficial to their team.

Yeah, Im surprised that the Mi-28A is even at the Swedish Tech Tree. Really unique for them to have an eastern bloc Attack Heli.

And Flakrad is 11.0 which is a huge stationary base with missiles only. It can barely move while stock and Ka50s only need to shoot 3 missiles to kill it. Makes no sense

Honestly just wanna point something out here that maybe went past many people. The Puma began on 8.3. There is no way any of Gaijins Dev's couldn't know that this would go horribly wrong. So here's my Theorie: -Release new iconic Vehicle a lot of people like, know and have been wishing for a while (In this case the Puma). -Make it low in BR. so it Power-creeps and becomes a very Overpowered vehicle. -People will try to get as soon as possible to the Vehicle. -Some people may buy Packs or buy Golden Eagles to get there faster. Outcome: -Profit -Very good game advertising So in the end of the day I honestly just think its planned by Gaijin, to raise the games population and make some profit from people who badly want the Iconic and cool vehicle being added. This happend before multiple times like for example with the Maus. The reason of it "Not being Balanceable" cause to be removed from the game. Every year the Maus returns, just so people can get it, buy it and in order to force people to play te game if they want the Maus. It happened before when the Leopard 2A5 was finally added. It happened before when the T-90A was added and a lot more. A lot of Helicopter were very OP in the beginning, as the game got a massive gain on players when they added Helicopter. Stuff has been unbalanced for a longer time, like for example the KA50. Gaijin made a tone of money off of it and people were buying the KA50 like crazy, so they didn't bother as long as it brought a reasonable amount of profit. Imo just a repeating pattern. To me, a player who's rolling with the game since release, all of those Vehicles were OP since they were announced and on DevServer's with their BR's and specifications.

As someone who has started playing helis, the starter ones are (generally) OP and the top tier ones are definitely OP even without playing them, but the 9.0-ish ones are rough

Only like 3 starter heli's could be considered op. Stuff like the h34 ,ab205, and even the swede starter just suck. Top tier heli's are a mixed bag if you rely on hellfires they can be finicky and you will fight plenty of direct superiors unless you're in a ka50/2 or the mi28nm, the few competitors is the British Apache and the tiger uht. Every one else is fodder

Justin, Sweden never « tested » those. In fact, ussr just said « hey look, mi28 would look like this I you buy them » and I’m not sure for the Apache is kinda same story.. So it is a « what if » tech tree…

Swedish rank 4 to 6 are good to use....anything under rank 4 are a pain to grind.

Funny thing is, Sweden tested both, the AH-64s and the Mi-28s but chose neither of them. Instead, they have no attack helicopter in reality.

the mi28 was only in sweden for like a month and didnt even have swedish pilots, it didnt even get swedish markings the apache was in sweden for over a year with entirely swedish crews and had swedish markings

@@einar8019 no the Apache and Mi28 were in Sweden for roughly the same amount of time, the 2 Apaches combined flew for a total of 99 hours.

Just put SPAA in your lineup. In a downtier you can bring up a jet after 1 kill or cap. With the jet you can then take out helis for your team. Justin has exceptional good situational awareness (at least from what he showed) but this isn't the usually way. Just approach the heli from the side and as low as possible, the chances that he gets you too are small.

@@majo3488 this doesn’t work for every nation though, for instance, the best SPAA that Russia get up to rank 6 is only 8.0 and is far out ranged and outclassed by the helis you’ll face at 9.7. As for the plane, it only works in downtiers which don’t happen often.

@@ilikepies4877 You should not use the ZSUs above 9.0 as there are almost useless. 2M with Kornet proxy or Shturm-S with Ataka proxy is way better. Even Krizanthema is better for heli engagement.

@@majo3488 I’m working on getting the 2m, but am broke at the moment. I just find it to be a bit of a bruh moment that there isn’t a better AA before the Tunguska.

I feel like the Adats is at 11.0 because of how well it can deal with tanks, whereas the 2s6 is only good at taking out aircraft and light vehicles

I have the ADATS 82mm of APDS isn't much at top tier because wherever ur shot u did, the tung has INSANE fire rate and can def destroy tanks better, and it's missiles are easier to guide, it's just typical gaijin

The official Swedish Army Aviation Centre report on the evaluation stated that the Mi-28's weapons accuracy was "good and astonishingly repeatable," particularly taking into account the range of firing parameters and poor weather conditions. Both 9M1154Shturmand 9M120 Ataka guided missiles were fired against stationary targets (to a maximum range of 4680 m/15,354 ft, with the Mi-28 flying at 200 km/h, 124 mph IAS), with 1-m (3.3-ft) accuracy. Rockets were found to be accurate up to a range of 4000m (13,123ft), with 35 hits registered from 40 firings. Four unexploded rockets were later found and questions were raised about the production quality and safety standards of Russian ammunition. Gun firings were unsuccessful due to bad boresighting. The Mi-28 was flown for a total of 30 hours, never failed to undertake a mission, and experienced the minimum of technical snags.

Also In the end Sweden would not buy attack helicopters as the 2001 defence budget did not allow it. The Swedish government decided to downgrade the Swedish military to an almost non existent force as the cold war was over.

The strfs nearly broke me. Unmodified, their mobility is awful. Their strength is in flanking, but they are so sluggish it's hard to get to decent positions. You can't even get to a safe capture point in time to get any RP. Research is painful in these. Can't think of worse IFV type vehicles.

To all the people that argue about that no swedish pilot fly the Havoc because in the trials they were piloted by russians: Perhaps Gaijin know more then we, some secret documents were found, and there is a beautiful love story of a russian Havoc pilot and a swedish mechanic that really wanted to fly. The go out for a dinner after a hard day of trials, get a bit drunk and then hoped in for a romantic Havov ride together. The swedish mechanic were instructed and allowed to fly the Havoc by his future significant other and he flown like a god. But then both governments get informed about what happend, and because we are in the 90s,doesn't wanna support a gay helicopter couple. So they agreed to just give up the trials, sweden accepted that it doesn't get a attack chopper. Both man couldn't live without the other and so they moved far away, where their is more acceptance for gay couples - Berlin. Anyway, this could be the lost information that let Gaijin put a helicopter in the swedish tree that never was flown by a swede - kind of.

I find it unusual that I must explain this. Spawn pushing once the map and points have been taken. When you have the advantage to turn the game, you camp the enemy Spawn instead, that's the issue at hand.

He means when people just camp your spawn when your winning with all the objectives. If you have all the objectives your pretty much spawn pushing at that point to end the game faster by bleeding their tickets. Funny enough spawn pushing so early causes a lot of losses for your team.

There are times you don't own all the caps and you still end up on their spawn and shooting them man like, it's ok. But calling other people for doing it is kind of ass backwards. Like your recent BMP2M video where your team doesn't yet own the majority and you're still killing people in their spawn. It happens man. Just don't be a dickhole when other people do it to your team. This whole argument about "spawn pushing" and "spawn camping" just sounds like amazing copium from people who get mad when it happens to them but say it's okay when they do it. Camping their spawn and foraging points on the respawns who can barely do shit is totally ok and not a dick move. The two guys who somehow ended up on your side of the map knowing the game is over and cannot do shit about the armada around their spawn foraging for points on yours, now that's being a dick. Where is the logic in that. That they should just quit? Try a push on the caps that's gonna give their position away and either nuked by planes or choppers, perhaps have half your team turn around and slaughter them? If you think Mi-28A is OP, have a look at the British G-LYNX! Same BR (10.0), 8 hellfires with 1100 mm penetration at 8 km range, AIM 92s and THERMALS! And it's 1410 GE cheaper.

Mi 28A sucks since it lacks thermals and it only gets killed by its newer Russian counterparts............ since they have better optics and better missiles.... It should not be higher there is much better helicopters at the same tier....

No hate, but this just makes me sad to see what WT has become. Helis and ATGMs and all that jazz kinda wrecked this game for me.

Stock dart garbage, expensive 173mm pen dart = enough post-penetration effect to one-shot. This game? A-129i can take itself down without striking any geometry or player vehicle, that's the reason it's 10.0 but oof this even though it lacks thermals. Hell naw. Makes AH64As look overtiered.

The problem is not the helicopter itself it is that the average player is braindead. It dosent matter if it is CAS och helicopters, people still spawn in jets and go after tanks. Instead of quickly clearing out the biggest threat. Braindead Thunder.
