I want to mention that after 09.12.2017, when ISIS got defeated in Iraq, they tehnically also lost in Syria and they turned into a insurgency not actually a caliphate. Also, in 2018 ISIS returned to Iraq and started an insurgency there too!

There is no coalition which destroyed ISIS. Only US airstrikes, the actions of the Iraqi army and sporadic opposition attacks were able to destroy ISIS. No one else fought with ISIS, not Russia, not even the Assad army.
