@@bestactionmovies1 don't give up , I have shoulder , back and elbow issues. I don't touch barbell anymore for skull crushes , Ez bar works and less weight and more reps ! And personally I've found those movements that hurt a body part its only when I do the full rep . So I do partials to the point where it would hurt then I finish the rep by doing partials starting above where it hurts ! Just pushing though the movement causing pain is mental . I have massive issues with bench press due to years off bowling at cricket so flat barbell is a no no ! I've found that using cables and concentrating on the positive and negative movement with hand angle where good for me , I'm getting results and not aggravating injuries!!! Good luck

Hey Mike. I can see your passion for how much you want to help others improve their lifting wisdom and transform. I’ve been following you for a while and you have so much wisdom in the game. When you do every exercise I can literally see the connection you have with the muscle your training. I get frustrated at my gym now because I see so many people not thinking about what they’re doing and having a lack of knowledge of anatomy and muscle contraction/stretch points. I get the best contractions and pumps and have seen more muscle growth the more I connect with my body and muscles. Keen to see what the next 10+ yrs will do to my physique. I appreciate you sharing this wisdom and I can see it’s one of your life missions on this earth. Thank you. I hope I meet you one day. Love from Australia 💪
