I believe that is the Evolution Outdoors Ibex release. New hinge that is made for hunting. The click is really quit but it vibrates to give you that feed back.

Rinehart targets can be ordered with either IBO or ASA replacement vitals. Delta/McKenzie only offers the ASA vitals...according to my dealer price lists. Dan, what did you do in the industry at age 6? 🤨
