You gotta love how much you can tell how WALL-E feels just by looking into his eyes. You can tell when he's happy, you can tell when he's sad, you can tell when he's angry, you can even tell when he's scared. It goes to show how hard the animators worked!

0:00-1:00 - This is the only moment in the entire film where Wall-E and Eve actually had a brief falling out, but because of different situations. Eve is ticked because Wall-E's mishaps caused her to become a wanted criminal on the ship, she wrongly accused Wall-E of causing the planet's theft, and her programming made her believe that she wasn't meant to love anyone and care for anything else besides her mission. Wall-E, on the other hand, was only trying to protect her, but because of his naivety to this new experience on the ship almost costed the chance to return home and lastly was hurt and angered by Eve's cold attitude

Wait, how did WALL-E affect the ships return? He was unwanted there. Besides, WALL-E only made one mistake for the better good, no one was pissed at him, they showed overjoyness of freedom and held him a hero. And does WALL-E ever become show any grudge by EVE’s judge mental behavior of him and does EVE ever apologize for to him?

It sure did: Inside a Fridge In WALL-E's trailer Inside EVE In GO-4 In the Escape Pod and WALL-E In EVE again Watered by the Captain Down a Trash Chute In the Trash Area In the Holo Detector Finally, on it's way back to Earth to be Planted and revive the Planet during the end credits

You can give a robot a fire extinguesher but you can't make him fly, he has to learn it himself.

@@aldwinpanny10 No, that is to keep it afloat in case of sea landing. My guess is the self destruct is in case there is some unwanted thing there and it is there to ensure it will be dead and never get back. Still don't know why, no one would want to blow up themself.

Two possible reasons. First is that he did not want to leave without her. Second reason is that he thinks if it finds the plant again it could shut down again and glow that icon.

It doesn't make sense to make a sequel of this movie, because the whole narrative of this movie was about how humans destroyed Earth and how their lives changed, they became fat and a hundred percent dependent on technology. But in the end the Earth was restored and humans abandoned their toxic lives. So the main issues that the movie showed to us in the beginning were already solved in the first movie. So what would the second movie be about?

Yes, they were trying to destroy the plant. That's why they sent it out on the pod; they intended to have it self-destruct.

He's programmed to follow orders in full effect by the president of Bnl, who's now long since presumably dead. Nothing in the message had accounted for eventual sustainability of life, so he had no order to disregard the directive if it is the case.
