This world ain't easy, even for the rocks. You get hurt, you get carried away, and you feel like some parts of you wear out. But in the end, everything gets okay and you find peace, just like this rock does. This masterpiece tells so much about our lives despite being only a 6-minute film. This is probably one of the best clips I saw in KZread...

When the rock is in the museum with the fossil in it, it has a label that says "K. invius." It's likely referring to Kainops invius, a specific species of trilobite that lived during the Devonian Period of Earth's history in the shallow oceans that covered what is now the present-day state of Oklahoma. It makes sense that the rock would have a trilobite that lived in the region, since the rock was captured in a town by Union soldiers during the civil war. Just goes to show how much detail and thought was put into this film.

No the humans in the movie clearly used the rock for their own purposes, sometimes too roughly and other times too precisely, but it all finally forms a cycle. So it may be reflecting our varying levels of impact on nature by personifying it, NOT a person's struggles itself.

This film tells me that all of things become to be the ones to the universe eventually. and I love its score that mostly shows peacefulness at the end of each time. Great idea for an amazing art ! Love from Thailand

I have two things to say, Man, I felt sad for this rock, tears came in my eyes, how could one be a bad person if he feels sad for a rocks. Second, If I could feel sad for a rock, is it that feelings are fake?

U probably relate to the rock since sometimes human lives feel very hectic and people tend to use us for their own benefits....but we just want to rest peacefully....thats why...feelings are manifestations of ur innerself

I missed this a few times but looked at it today. Somehow, when it finally became a big mountain, my previously confused mind and brain felt relief, coolness, rest, happiness. This was a wonderful mental experience. It has a great meaning that cannot be described in words. I regret not having looked at this before. This is really great. 😳🥺😇

Through the whole animation I’m feeling so much empathy and then in the middle all I can think is: LET THE FREAKING ROCK SLEEP. But truly this is amazing and it makes me feel so many emotions. Yes, for rocks…
