One of the best tutorials for those who are using different materials on the wall. I really appreciated.
Whenever I have something I need to draw in Revit, you always have a video. Thank you!

I have a suggestion to a tutorial. I have playing around with an idea for a parametric family for urban massing, that when you modify and stretch the object in your project, it automatically creates floors and windows.
Very usefull
MERCI !!!

Can you do this with curtain walls? It would be great to have a cladding like "shingles" or "board on board" then a layer of "timber framed curtain wall" and then "gypsum"
Hi Balkan Architect. What can we do when the wall is following the ramp - I have a base that does not go along the inclined slope when I edit the wall profile...TIA
is there a way to show wall hatch by the wall type/assembly but not by individual material layers? OR maintain the detail of material layers in details, but simplify in the plans?
How can i make a diagram like the one that shows in the video thumbnail? @balkanarchitects
I created wall from component ( because it was irregular wall). I can make windows and doors on it but I could not extrude cut to create irregular windows, and I can only give a single material, I cannot create more than one layer(like brick and then plaster etc.). Although it is a wall, it still works as a component. How can i solve this problem ?

can u pls teach me how to create a mass model of jewel airport singapore
I missed the information how I can manipulate the differnt layer for a "multi layer wall". Example: I have 10 cm thick CLT wall 300 cm high and an ceiling of 18cm of CLT. How I can manipulate the layer for insulation, osb-board, membran, air and wood siding that they are 18 cm higher then the CLT wall? If not I have an gap of 18 cm. I've a simple solution, which is create a second wall without clt. But I'm sure there is an solution over "Modify vertical Structure". I know this from other programs. Thanks
Hello! Can I make a wall that is tapered IN PLAN (not section) I.E. its thickness varies horizontally, not vertically?

Use the 'default' material as a starting point. It contains diffuse, tint, reflection, refraction, cutout (alpha), gloss, bump and self illumination. For advanced materials, look into vray for revit.

@@AussieBIMGuru Okay thanks.. And one thing Is there any possible to change the render pipeline of revit by python or any programming? Because I want to create a big terrain with non tiling multiple textures.. So I am struggling in finding a software for the creation of existing terrain with realistic textures.

@@Praveenkumar-jb3wd not that I know - the only way I know of adding terrain is by linking civil models as 'coordination models' in 2020. For 3ds max terrain etc. I would try to composite using photoshop or trying out blender3d or twinmotion as an alternate approach.

Pretty sure the dislikes are from Archicad users.
I know where you sleep.
Using cm instead of mm as an architect? Blasphemy!!!
