That was pure agony! I am 67 yo woman. This has been getting worse and worse so that I can't ride my horse anymore because of my hip restriction. I can't properly follow the exercises yet, but I will work on this. I can't keep myself against the wall! I will let you know how this works for me. No one has yet been able to show me how to correct this and I am so excited. It is a killer right now but feels right!! Thank you!

Thanks for letting me know how it's going. It sounds like you might want to do the video for hip pain as well, or instead, but please keep me posted on how the exercises feel. I'm happy to help anytime. If you every want a personalized set of exercises, let me know and I can send you something very specific to you.

Hi David, thanks for these. I'm 72 and was born pigeon toed left foot. Struggled with back and hip pain for many years. I finally gave in to a hip replacement in March and now I am struggling with tight shoulders, thoracic, and neck. I swim 4 days a week and do somatic stretches and all the exercises you showed except the last 2. I will give these a try. Do you have any shoulder/neck exercises to recommend? Thanks again!

😮 I noticed a hugh difference during the exercises, of course, I need to be consistent with it for the next days but I need to tell you that this in toeing was hurting all my leg and with the exercises (and wasn't easy to do) I felt so much pain relief at the end and I can walk more freely now! Thank you so much for this video ❤❤❤

Thank you! You are the only hit that shows Adults who walk toed in how to help themselves. My left foot/leg has become increasingly toed in over the last several months, really affecting my gait. I can feel how these exercises can help straighten that leg. How often should people do the exercises?

Thanks for your question and thanks for watching! I would do the exercises 4-5 days per week to start and then see how it goes after a few weeks to a month.

I hope so too! Keep me posted. Your foot turns in more which indicates a lack of abduction and external rotation. You'll also notice as your foot turns in more, your hip and trunk might rotate as well. Keep up the exercises, and please let me know how it goes. I'm happy to help more if needed!

Wow. That actually worked! My shins hurt like heck, but it worked. Will the muscles eventually learn how to work with the feet without the daily exercises?

Yes. It's all a matter of retraining the nervous system with repetition. Keep me posted on how it goes and thanks for your comment!

Wow, this hurts both my ankles doing these foot circles! I was born breach and had to wear foot brace for many years as a young kid. But I'm still pigeon toed and I Hate it. When I'm concentrating as Im walking I make myself walk like a duck feet outwards however this doesn't last long! I will continue doing these daily and see if it helps. Bev

The foot circles are deceptively difficult... They do get easier though so hang in there! Let me know how the exercises help!

Yes! It takes time to build up the neurological pattern but eventually it will pay off! Keep up the great work and thanks for the question.
