Definitely the most underrated song ever. I have yet to come across a track that could make you burst into tears from the first few lyrics. “So if I stand in front of a speeding car” - that’s when you have to come clean, be honest and tell the truth but with not much time to be able to do so. “Would you tell me who you are, what you like? What's on your mind” - again, there are so many questions to answer to someone who’s in front of a “Speeding car” (metaphorically speaking) This song covers any form of emotion, feeling and scenario anyone has ever encountered. It’s literally impossible to not find yourself withing the song. Absolutely Phenomenal

Can we talk about how beautiful this music video is? It has this grim, mythological feeling that accompanies the music fantastically. Even though they're all wearing modern clothing, I can easily see them as a part of some myth. And the feeling of mourn goes so well with the story of the song, the aftermath of it all. When the mother crashes with her daughter's body I can't help but choke up a little. Incredible video and song, it's seriously one of my favorites

One of the best music-related memories of my life is hearing this band at the big outdoor concert in Dublin on New Year's Eve 2019/20, then walking in to the Irish Rock 'n' Roll Museum the next day and asking them who the great band was that played just before midnight. Turns out, it was Walking On Cars. It's a shame they broke up, but they left us a great legacy. I wish them all well and thank them for the music.

I love this song so much, every time I listen to it it's like returning to the memories of a better time. I feel like this song has been around since forever, at least 15-20 years. I dont know where this comes from and I'm always so surprised that it was released only 7 years ago. Love it still, and always will ♥
