@14:00 the building on the right is a mecca for homeless, drug addicts, and mentally ill. Take a walk through the lobby at 10:00 at night, or walk the staircases to the parking lot.

Yes let me ask...are you talking about the bldg with the yellow awnings on it, and the high rise connected to it? That's crazy, but when I move to Evanston, I'll see for myself.
