In a car, you can access wheel alignment by inspecting the tires, how about inspecting shoes for abnormal wear?

I would really like to meet you one day. I am a stroke Survivor who has been able to rehab to the point of walking erratically. I have a taxia. Leg nerve damage. Reduced sensation on one side. Proprio reception issues weak balance. Dizziness and nausea and I'm sure I have other things as well. But I have advanced very far in a short amount of time. I am at the medical stage of walking with a cane. I promise you will learn.

Great video, very informative. Quick question though... right around the 20 minute mark a statement is made that the muscles responsible for eversion (fibularis longus, brevis, and gastroc) insert on the lateral aspect of the subtalar joint. Doesn't the fibularis longus insert on the base of the 1st metatarsal and medial cuneiform, a medial component of the foot? This doesn't change the fact that it still plays a role in eversion of the foot, I just had a little confusion. Thanks in advance.
