I never thought we would be told who bombed Atlanta, and Los Angeles which is obviously happened in The Walking Dead, and Fear The Walking Dead respectively.

Major General Beale is probably the most manipulative villian Rick has ever come across. I feel horrible for Rick, I think he is gonna become more badass than S5 Rick now. One Arm Rick vs Red Machete Rick

This was a crazy episode. It seems like your theory about Okafor being similar to Mercer (at least comic Mercer) might be on point: he wants Rick go change the CRM on the inside. A shame he didn’t live to see it. Also it seems we finally know the CRM’s origins: They were the Pennsylvanian National Guard. It’s so much to take in.
It was nice to watch the episode with company… it was not what I expected because it’s been 5 years of imagining, making theories… but I feel good now that we have Rick grimes back again
