Campus Garching
The Garching campus north of Munich forms the scientific and technical centre of the TUM. With around 20,000 students at various TUM schools and faculties, the campus is the largest of all TUM locations. Several research centres and the TUM Graduate School also ensure cutting-edge interdisciplinary research on campus. The university town of Garching can be reached quickly from the centre of Munich with the underground line U6 or via the motorway. The Garching campus was built around the first research reactor in Munich (FRM I), which opened in 1957.

Hello bro. Happy to see someone from TUM. I am actually planning for bsc in management and tech at TUM but I heard that it is very hard to survive at TUM for Bangladeshi students like us. I am at versity, maintained good CGPA(3.83) in the first year, work for 5 hours a day. Do you think with this experience I can survive at TUM? I am pretty sure about the admission but I have this fear that whether I could cope at TUM or not

Honestly I always prefer to come here after graduation for Masters. To me, it is safest, because if your bachelor's is completed then you have nothing to lose. And also study at TUM is not easy at all, few courses will be nightmare no doubt!
