Waking up with a sore neck is definitely not the way you want to start your day. Its an instant mood killer and can set you off on a bad day. There is nothing worse than having neck pain with every movement. It is not until you have experiences neck pain that you understand how integrated neck movement is inside your whole day. In most cases, a sore neck is the result of your sleeping position, the type of pillow you use, or other sleep issues. Most of these can be corrected if you know how.
What should you do if you wake up with neck pain? The key is to stay moving!
