Oh thank you so much. I personally always up the speed on talking videos, it’s just the way I am and I try not to steal too much time from ppl so I speak fast. Not everyone loves it, but I’m glad there are those who appreciate it. Ppl can always “slow it down” if it’s too fast for them right 😁😘😘😘

I learned to wake up early and feel good, but there is something I still need to learn- go to bed early too, and I struggle badly with the second part 🤪

Yeah, me too. I just think it’s time we think about our health now and just be straight up responsible and disciplined in spite of what we want when kids go to bed. After all, when they grow up and we finally have time, we want to be able to fully live our life with the health we work on “today.” Basically, investing in your future health 😉 this sounds convincing enough for me
