Wakefield Thornes parkrun, only been here once and it was a couple of years ago. It's a different course nowadays and allegedly it has become more difficult. So we'll see about that. With a mixture of woodland trail, grass and tarmac. It's definitely an interesting one. It has a couple of hills, so flat bits and downhill fast sections. It's a one lap course, just across the border in West Yorkshire. We need a passport to go to this neck of the woods.
It's the day before the Grimsby 10k, I want to wind my legs up but don't fancy an all out fast parkrun, but you just can't help yourself. Plus I might have got lost, a couple of times... We've only come to grab a free cookie from costa afterwards... and they didn't even have any in stock!
