Avicii died in 2018, so while listening to this band arrangement, I remembered all those times I saw avicii smile in his interviews before he died which made me so sad😭😭😭

Our band played this when I was a freshman in 2014 for our parade song. I'll be a senior this year, and this is still the best parade song we've done.

Mine fight about who's first chair(We're concert band) And the actual first chair is a girl who just switched from french horn, and she's better than all the guys who have been playing for a while… they're just some slackers(this is a joke) and they always have fights in other classes about who's better while all non-band students just watch confused…

Amen. Had to play The Greatest Show by myself on field show, in a band of 30 people, as a sophomore section leader. Filling up a stadium at a contest is insanely hard on something that high as a sophomore. Doable with another first trumpet but by yourself you don’t breathe.

This is our senior song that we picked for our senior show this year and I'm so freaking happy! (1st trumpet btw... it's amazing)

Close your eyes, and think back to your favorite marching band memories. Think back to a time before covid (relevant to the song) where you could travel and listen to music on the bus. Think about state finals competition, or the football team's rival. Think about going to section parties and stake n shake or applebee's after games. Those were the days....

He died in April 2018, I mean a listened to his songs and did not know he was the one who made this, and 1 year later, I find out that he is the one that made the songs I like

His music shall be missed

my high school is playing this for our halftime show. along with 3 others

as a band member this is well done. I think I might recommend it for my band.
