That's a great and fun arrangement, been rehearsing it with my own choir over the last weeks. But I noticed a mistake in your recording: Your choir starts the last "before" in the chorus on 2+, after the backbeat, just likes all "before"s before. But the score - and the original recording! - tells us to start the last "before" on 2, right on the backbeat. This does indeed take some rehearsing, but I think the recording that comes with the preview score here should do it right.
